Crema de Calabaza y Lentejas Rojas
Ingredientes:
Una calabaza pequeña (calabacín si se quiere)
Un puñado de lentejas rojas
Un puerro
Una patata
Un chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen, sal y pimienta
Agua filtrada
Elaboración:
Limpiamos y troceamos las verduras, ponemos en una olla, agregamos las lentejas rojas, cubrimos con agua, añadimos el chorrito de aceite y cocemos lentamente durante 20 minutos. Triturar, salpimentar, y servir.
Thermomix.
Una vez cortadas las verduras en trozos medianos, picar en el vaso del robot 5 segundos a velocidad 4. Agregar el agua, las lentejas y el aceite y cocer 20 minutos a 100 grados en velocidad 1. Salpimentar y triturar durante 3 minutos a velocidad 6.
