Ingredientes
1 beocolí mediano
250 cc de agua filtrada
4 cucharadas soperas de crema de almendra
2 cucharadas soperas de arrurruz
2 cucharaditas de sésamo
sal y nuez moscada
Elaboración
Limpiar y dividir el brocolí en pequeños ramilletes.
Cocerlo al vapor durante 15 minutos.
Elaborar un batido con los demás ingredientes.
Disponer el brocoli en una fuente para horno. Verter por encima el batido. Espolvorear si se quiere con algo más de nuez moscada.
Cocer en el horno a 180 grados durante unos 20 minutos.
