Ingredientes
1 pieza de yuca
aceite de girasol para freir
sal para espolvorear
Elaboración
Pelamos la yuca, la cortamos en rodajas gordas de 4 centímetros y la hervimos durante 10 minutos en agua que la cubra.
Apartamos y una vez fría le quitamos la fibra dura del centro, la troceamos en gruesos bastones y la freímos en abundante aceite caliente de girasol hasta que esté dorada. Espolvoreamos con sal. Sirve muy bien como acompañamiento en pequeñas porciones con arroces y verduras , tofu salteado, con plátanos macho, etc
