- 800 ml. de leche de quinoa (o cualquier otra vegetal)
- 6 cucharadas soperas de azúcar orgánica de palma
- 1 pizca de sal
- 2 cucharaditas de estracto de vainilla
- 2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo
Verrine con Pudding de Arrowroot Bicolor Vainilla-Cacao (Veganos y Celíacos)
Ingredientes
6 cucharadas soperas de arrowroot
800 ml. de leche de quinoa (o cualquier otra vegetal)
6 cucharadas soperas de azúcar orgánica de palma
1 pizca de sal
2 cucharaditas de estracto de vainilla
2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo
Elaboración
Ponemos a calentar la leche vegetal menos media tacita donde disolveremos el arrowroot. Cuando hierba la leche
le añadimos la fécula, hervimos un minuto y apartamos del fuego. Endulzamos con el azúcar de coco y perfumamos con la vainilla. Distribuimos la mitad de la crema en los vasitos. En el resto disolvemos el cacao y volvemos a repartir por encima de la de vainilla.
Refrigeramos por completo antes de servir.
