Piñonates Integrales
Ingredientes
- 300 grs. de almendras
- 1 puñado de piñones
- 125 grs. de fructosa
- 75 grs. de azúcar de caña panela molida
- cáscara de limón
- 1 cucharada de No-Egg
- 50 cl. de agua filtrada
Elaboración
Rallamos un poco de la cáscara de limón. Pelamos las almendras pero las dejamos con su piel fina marrón. Las molemos en un robot de cocina junto a la ralladura de limón, la fructosa y la panela. Añadimos el No-Egg y el agua y se mezcla un poco más. Nos mojamos las manos en agua, les damos la forma y les incrustamos unos piñones.
Los introducimos en horno caliente a 180 grados, durante 10 minutos.
Consideraciones
Les llamamos integrales porque no repelamos la almendra hasta dejarlas blancas como suele ser usual, guardamos su piel marrón y el resultado es igualmente exquisito y nutritivo.
