Flan de Calabaza con Sirope de Arce
Ingredientes
- 300 gramos de calabaza
- 500 ml de bebida de arroz
- 60 gramos de sirope de agave
- 1 cucharadita de agar-agar en polvo
- 1 cucharada de maicena
- sirope de arce para servir
Elaboración
Ponemos a hervir la bebida de arroz con el agar-agar y la maicena, en tres minutos desde que empieza a cocer ya está listo. Apartamos del fuego y añadimos la calabaza cocida al vapor y el sirope de agave y trituramos hasta que la mezcla quede muy fina.
Dejamos cuajar en moldes.
Refrigeramos.
Servimos poniendo una cucharadita de sirope de arce por encima.
