Ingredientes
- Para cuatro personas.
- 1 calabacín mediano limpio y sin pelar
- 2 zanahorias medianas
- 1 cebolla pequeña
- 1 puñado de tomates secos
- 1 puñado de pipas de calabaza
- aceite de oliva virgen
- vinagre de manzana
- sal, pimienta negra
Elaboración
Rallar las zanahorias y el calabacín. Cortar en láminas finas la cebolla y los tomates secos.
Mezclar y aliñar.
