Embutido Ahumado de Avellanas, Tofu y Lino, a las Finas Hierbas
Ingredientes
- 60 gramos de avellanas tostadas
- 100 gramos de copos de avena
- 250 gramos de tofu ahumado
- 60 gramos de lino
- 50 gramos de margarina no hidrogenada
- 50 gramos de agua
- 4 dientes de ajo
- una cucharadita de sal
- 1/2 cucharadita de perejil seco
- 1/2 cucharadita de tomillo seco
- una pizca de nuez moscada
- pimienta negra al gusto
Elaboración
En un robot de cocina picamos las avellanas junto a los dientes de ajo hasta que quede textura granulosa.
Añadimos el resto de ingredientes y seguimos picando hasta textura granulosa.
Formamos dos embutidos de unos 6 centimetros de diámetro por unos 18 de largo.
La masa es muy consistente por lo que admite prefectamente el modelado.
Los envolvemos en plástico de cocina bien apretados y los cocemos al vapor durante 30 minutos.
Observaciones
Obtenemos un embutido 100% vegetal y sin gluten de una firmeza extraordinaria, similar a los industriales.
Podemos moldearlo también en salchichas individuales.
Admite muchas variaciones en las especias e hierbas, que cada uno puede poner a su gusto.
